wooden houses technology
The prefabricated wooden houses are conceived on the basis of standard modular elements. To simplify the installation, the bungalows are mostly built on stilts in order to adapt to the various slopes and gradients of specific sites.

All elements of the prefabricated wooden houses are referenced and marked in indelibly. Technical documentation as well as photos of the installation are provided, in order to allow a step-by-step visualization of all constituent elements and the different phases of the assembly.
Foundation of the House
By their very nature the prefabricated wooden houses require minimal foundations (anchoring blocks). The amount of masonry work, other than necessary anchoring blocks, is a matter of choice for the owner and/or local rules and regulations. In order for the owner or a building contractor to build the desired foundations, we provide:
- Anchoring blocks lay-out plan.
- Calculated loads/m2.
- Connecting galvanized plates and brackets.
House Roofing
Ironwood shingles (sirap) are the standard issue for roofing material of the, which are very durable and blend easily in various environments. The shingles are laid on battens and fastened with galvanized nails.
- Coverage: 100 pcs/m2.
- The ridge boards are made of aluminum lacquered brown. If required, gutters can also be provided (made of copper, zing, aluminum or PVC).
- Sirap wood shingles origin: Kalimantan (Borneo) made from Billian or Kayu Ulin Australian Pine of Borneo class wood 1. It is resistant to termites, fungi etc. and nearly rot proof.
- Packing: bundles of 80 pcs.
Structures Calculations
The factories develop custom-made prefabricated wooden houses, where the clients and prospects supply Architectural Drawings (floor plans, exterior elevations and building cross-sections). Upon approval of the design development documents, the construction documents will be created.
From this stage, we provide a cost estimate FOB Indonesia or, CFR port of destination. Construction details and assembling specifications are completed to be in compliance with your local Building Code.
Construction documents for the prefabricated wooden houses are mainly processed with CADWORK© software, the leading 2D & 3D program for carpentry work (files being convertible into AutoCAD files). Rendering view are usually made on 3Dmax 8.0.

Artisan Crafted Components
We have spent much time evaluating the appropriate mix of artisan crafted components to loose material to be sent, crafted and assembled on site by the local contractor. We feel, and contractors have indicated, the preferred mix of crafting to materials. There are just some elements of construction that need to be done on-site, to give flexibility in the actual assembly.
